Top 5 Current Favorite WWE Superstars Verison

5. Zack Ryder: Back when Ryder first debuted as an “Edge Head” with Curt Hawkins. But after awhile he grew on me and then they only used him in dark matches and on WWE Superstars. Since Superstars had went online at wwe.com, I wasnt able to watch it. I’m happy they are using him instead of throwing him to the side like they done to others in the past.

4. Sheamus: Sheamus has showen alot over the past few weeks, rather Sheamus is heel or face he entertains me. This past monday on Raw, the tag match with Randy Orton against Christian & Cody Rhodes. Both teams put on a great match, but I have to say. Watch a tag match closly and you’ll be able to till the winner.

3. John Cena: I first became a fan of Cena’s back in 2000 when he was in OWV as the Prototype. When he first debuted in WWE on the June 27, 2002 edition of SmackDown, he showed the Prototype side. A cuple of weeks after, he droped the Prototype gimmick and picked up the “Chain Gang Soldier” gimmick, which he had a ton of fans from. In 2005 when John was drafted to Raw, they turned him face and soon after, gave him the “Never Give Up Cenation” gimmick for the kids. The reason I’m a fan is because unlike alot of people that use to be Cena fans that hate him now, I dont blame this change on Cena. It was the WWE UnCreative team.

2. R-Truth: Truth’s always been great, face or heel. He puts on a show, the one thing I disagree with is not putting him as the WWE Champion by now. Truth has what it takes to be a great Champion. But WWE wont give him a shot, instead they book him as a tag partner to the Miz, which will drag him down in the end.

1. Randy Orton: “The Legend Killer”, “The Apex Predator”, “The Viper”, a few name Rany has had in his career. I became a fan back when Orton was in Evolution. Randy was trained by his father and grandfather. Randy is one of the greatest superstars WWE has. Randy’s the face of SmackDown like Cena’s the face of Raw.

WWE Friday Night SmackDown 10/14/11

Big Show & Mark Henry

I’m looking forward to the Show/Henry fued for the title, I just hope WWE doesnt strech it out way to far. I also hope that Show wins the title and sets up a fued with Wade Barrett for the World Heavyweight Championship. Yes, Henry has been on a rampage over the last cuple of months. But, after last Friday night, Show showed what he can do.

The Battle Royal

I really liked this idea, if they could do this for the Royal Rumble match instead of just 30 or 40 men in the match, I believe the rating would sky rocket. My picks for the Battle Royal were: Zack Ryder, Evan Bourne, CM Punk, Mason Ryan, R-Truth, Wade Barrett, Alex Riley, Justin Gabriel, Sin Cara (Mistico), Sin Cara (Hunico), Randy Orton, and Sheamus. I was surprised to see Matt Straker in the battle royal. As for the winner Randy Orton wins by and RKO to The Miz on the aporn. Both went down, but Miz touched the floor first. Randy chose Mark Henry to face for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara (Backstage)

Sin Cara (Hunico) attacked and demasked Sin Cara (Mistico)

Sin Cara (Hunico) vs. Justin Gabriel

I liked this match, I’m a fan of both. My pick was Justin Gabriel, but Sin Cara picked up the win in a short match.

Alberto Del Rio vs. Sheamus

Great match, alot of power between the two. Sheamus went to the top rope, as he rarly does. Ricardo interfered and cost Sheamus the match with the help of Christian.

Mark Henry vs. Randy Orton (World Heavyweight Championship)

My prediction for this match was Big Show interfering by attacking Henry. Instead Cody Rhodes interfers, and attacks Orton. Then Big Show comes out and goes after Henry. Rhodes goes to the top rope and jumps toward Show, Show caught him in a choke hold and toss him towarded Orton, Orton hit the RKO on Rhodes and Show choke slammed Henry.

D-Generation-X Return

Would seem DX wants to be at Wrestlemania. Although HBK has that deal with Taker not to compete anymore, if WWE worked out a storyline where HBK & Taker could work out a way for a match to happen at Maina.

My view on Wrestling today compared to old day wrestling

Growing up I watched WWF and WCW, during that time I couldnt predict the matches as I can now. I mean back then I enjoyed it back then and now I dont even know why I’m still watching it. WWE has become to predictible and TNA is shortly following it. Like tonights match with Gunner & Rob Van Dam, it was easy to tell that Gunner was going to win, Gunner lead the start of the match and when RVD started fight back, his friend came out to the ring. I knew then that Rob was going to lose the match. He sent his friend backstage and in the end his friend cost him the match against Gunner. Its to easy to predict, another match is the World Heavyweight title match in the Steel Cage between Randy Orton & Christian at “Super” SmackDown this past tuesday. Randy gave it away thoughout the match that he would win. I know that the two companys are looking for money, but they need to do so without so much matches being predictible. I can admit the John Cena & CM Punk matchs werent that predictible. As for WWF and WCW you could rarly predict a matches out come. Thats what I miss, todays wrestling has become boring. And it will continue untill either TNA or WWE picks up something new. Instead of coping the samethings over and over again. Such as the John Cena & Alberto Del Rio fued, its a copy of John Cena & The Miz to me. Reason being is cause Alberto will most likly use Ricardo to keep the WWE Championship at Night of Champions. Which is like how Miz used Alex Riley to keep the WWE Championship aslong as he did. By booking this fued to be the same as Cena & Miz, it isnt worth watching. WWE needs to learn something new, also turnning Sin Cara heel can also be a bad move by the WWE Creative team, since Sin Cara isnt use to the WWE lifestyle yet. Although they won’t him heel, they need to wait till he gets use to the new surroundings. WWE keeps getting predictible week after week and so does TNA aka Impact Wrestling. Although the Wrestling in WWE has picked up from both John Cena and CM Punk, its still predictible. The Creative team needs new ideas, instead of using old ones. Hopefully that will change in the future.

WWE Night of Champions thoughts Part 1

John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio WWE Championship

I see John Cena winning, reason because Cena got screwed in the match against CM Punk at Summer Slam. Cena had he’s foot on the rope during the 3 count by Triple H. The only way I see Del Rio winning is due to Ricardo interference. But hopefully they dont turn Alberto into another Miz title run. Cause the Miz title run sucked, it was predictible, you always knew that Riley would be involved in some way, which he was. If Del Rio is to be used as the next Miz, then he’s better off losing the title at Night of Champions.

Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry World Heavyweight Championship

I’m pulling for Randy, WWE has always liked to keep one of the main champions heel and one face, but they have had two faces as Champion also. I also see Sheamus interfering and cost Henry the championship. Since Henry injuried Sheamus, and Sheamus attacked Henry on this past Raw. I see that he isnt done with Henry and will attacking him at Night of Champions to continue this storyline. Randy with continue with Christian.

Triple H vs. CM Punk

Now that Triple H changed the match of Punk vs. Nash to himself against Punk, I see Nash somehow playing a part in this. Since Nash and Hunter got into it on Raw, Nash now has problems with both Punk and Hunter. As for my pick on this match, I pick Triple H. Due to his past, Hunter may have Nash interfere to help him win. Punk will continue to fued with Nash.

John Cena

Blog

John Cena went by the Prototype or Mr. P in OVW (Ohio Vally Wrestling) while his time there, he face 3rd Generation star, Randy Orton. John and Randy have fueded both in OVW and in WWE. John  debuted on the June 27, 2002 edition of Friday Night SmackDown. He started a fued that night. He debut as the Prototype, he came out to the ring after Kurt Angle asked the lockerroom if they were scared to face him. The next week on SmackDown, John showed up with the Chain Gang attire. With the “Word Life” theme. He got a big pop from the crowd. John picked up the name “The Champ” after winning the United States Championship from Kurt Angle. Later on he gained the name “Dr. of Thugonmics” during the fued for the WWE Championship. At Wrestlemania 22 John Cena won not just his first Mania, but the WWE Championship for the first. He had two title, but WWE Originaly stripped him of the United States title since he was now holding the WWE Championship. Soon after winning the title, John  made a custom WWE Championship, which we see today, the spinner belt. In 2005, John was the #1 draft pick to head to Monday Night Raw! The following week, he appeared on Chris Jericho’s High Light Reel, where he rap battled Christian. Which lead to a fued between them. In 2005 the Chain Gang gimmick started to fade away and the “Hustle, Loyalty, & Respect” gimmick came into play. Cena wore those three words everytime he stepped into the ring. Cena was the very person that he set out to be. He has a connect with the fans unlike any other WWE Superstar at the time. Cena slowly became the face of the WWE and gained the name “Poster Boy”, fans that use to cheer him, slowly started to boo him. Cena slowly became hated by fans for becoming the poster boy. But John never gave up on the fans that backed him up since day 1 and is still behind him. The gimmick he uses now is “Never Give Up Cenation”, there’s fans that live by that, they still cheer Cena like they did when he had the “Hustle, Loyalty, Respect” gimmick, like they did when he had the “Chain Gang” gimmick. Wheater you like or hate him, you gotta respect John Cena. Cena goes out to that ring every night to entertain the fans. Not just his, but the entire WWE Universe. Just like all the WWE Superstars and Divas do. John is there to entertain, thats what he loves doing and he’ll keep doing it. John has the Chain Gang and Cenation behind him a 110% of the way. John grew up watching guys like Roddy Roddy Piper, Stone Cold, The Rock, and more like some of us have. He has as much respect for the WWE Hall of Famers as we do. They paved the road, without them or and of the Superstars or Divas including John, then we would never have seen WWE. Wrestling would more then likly be dead. I wouldnt be writing this blog.

Feedback if you will Thank you 🙂
